No question asked refund policy we are introducing !!
Returns will only be accepted in the event that the customer received the incorrect size (not what he ordered) or the wrong shirt(s), or if the received shirt(s) was/were damaged in any way. If this is due to no fault of the customer, Personamen will give a free exchange.
Personamen does not accept exchanges in the event where it's not the company's fault. This means that if you placed an order and received the exact size you ordered, but would like to exchange for a different size, we will be more than happy to ship a replacement, however, the customer has to bear the shipping cost which is 25% of the order value. The shirt and production cost will be taken care by Personamen.
There is NO Refund policy in place since all our shirts are made to order.
This agreement becomes void if the product is in any way damaged during transportation.
